Meet Dr. Tina Kelly

Dr. Tina Kelly has spent her career at the intersection of exercise science, clinical research, and community health. She served as a Clinical Researcher at Johns Hopkins University, supporting chronic disease management in underserved communities, and earned her doctorate in Health Science in Exercise Leadership from Penn West University.

She holds a Master of Health Science in Clinical Research Administration from George Washington University, is a credentialed Exercise is Medicine® professional, and is a Certified Health & Fitness Coach and Certified Life Coach. She retired from the United States Army Reserves as a Sergeant Major after 37 years of distinguished service.

Divine Vitality Method™ is built on CDC and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) physical activity guidelines and designed by someone who has watched the metabolic health crisis in her community up close for decades. This program is her answer to it.

Do I need fitness experience?

None. This program was built for women who are sedentary or barely active. Every workout meets you where your body actually is. You complete a baseline assessment before Week 1.

What equipment do I need?

None. The program is designed for your bodyweight and your home environment. A reliable internet connection and a device that runs Zoom is all you need.

What if I have a health condition?

Every participant completes a PAR-Q+ safety screening before the program begins. If the screening flags concerns, physician clearance is required. Dr. Kelly has a clinical research background — safety is taken seriously, not just stated as policy.

What if $297 is a hardship?

Is this really all virtual?
